Use your finger to create and hold a small gap between the loop and the tag end Make three more wraps, continuing to move in the same direction around the original loop Pull the large loop (the first one you created) through the small loop you created with your wraps Hold this new loop tight (I usually do this with my teeth) while evenly cinching down the knot from both sides Then you can just feed the dropper loop through the eye of your hook, and feed the hook back through the end of the loop
